Delivery Policy

<United Kingdom>
Standard Delivery (2-5 Days): We aim to have orders delivered within 2-5 days of placing the order, depending on your location. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or other couriers and will be trackable. Orders over £50 will qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Delivery (Next Day): Orders placed before 12 pm (UK time) will qualify for next-day delivery. All express orders are shipped via Royal Mail or other couriers and will be trackable. Orders over £150 will qualify for free express shipping.

<Hong Kong & Macau>
Standard Delivery (2-5 Days): We aim to have orders delivered within 2-5 days of placing the order, depending on your location. All orders are shipped via SF-Express or other couriers and will be trackable. Orders over HK$500 will qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Delivery (Next Day): Orders placed before 12 pm (HK time) will qualify for next-day delivery. All express orders are shipped via SF-Express or other couriers and will be trackable. Orders over HK$1000 will qualify for free express shipping.

Please note that all deliveries may take longer during peak periods such as Christmas, public holidays etc., so please factor this into consideration when ordering with us.
